# J’ai invité quelqu’un mais il n’a pas accès

Si la personne invitée n’a pas encore accès à YouPray vous pouvez :

1. Lui demander si elle a bien reçu un email d’invitation.
2. L’inviter à créer un compte YouPray si elle n’en n’a pas encore en s’inscrivant seulement.
3. Vérifier qu'elle est bien connectée à YouPray avec l'adresse mail que vous avez renseignée.
